Matthew Kaegi is a People Operations leader at Cube, where he focuses on building and growing teams at a fast-growing SaaS company. He started his career in sales before moving into recruiting, bringing a more structured, outbound-driven approach to hiring and candidate outreach.

Today, Matthew leads recruiting at Cube and works closely with leadership on hiring strategy, including international expansion through contractors, Employer of Record (EOR) solutions, and new markets. He focuses on building hiring processes that are repeatable and can scale with the company, while keeping a high bar for talent and team culture.

Based in New York City, he enjoys fast-paced environments and being hands-on in building teams from the ground up.
