Netanel Krief is a strategic advisor and operational leader, based in New York, with over a decade of experience navigating the intersection of law, people operations, and business strategy within the global tech sector. She currently serves as the Senior HR Business Partner (Americas) for Optimove, where she acts as a trusted partner to the executive leadership, driving organizational design and strengthening the company's regional culture and scale.

Previously, Netanel spent six years at Taboola, most recently as Director of Legal. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in the company’s global expansion, leading legal operations and partnering with Sales and People teams to build scalable workforce models. With a background that spans high-stakes commercial litigation, M&A, and in-house counsel roles at major firms and media giants like Keshet Broadcasting, Netanel brings a unique "360-degree" perspective to organizational growth—balancing rigorous compliance with the agility required in fast-paced environments.

A member of the Israeli Bar Association, Netanel holds an LL.B. in Law and a B.A. in Communication from Tel Aviv University.
