Driven by her admiration for founders, Emma delights in guiding them through the intricacies of organizational development, fostering environments where every individual thrives, and thereby the business flourishes. Her dedication stems from a profound commitment to the employees her team serves, infusing every interaction with empathy and strategic insight. Emma’s mission is to empower companies to approach their People Functions with intentionality, crafting pathways to sustainable growth and prosperity.

Emma has a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management with a concentration in Organizational Effectiveness from New York University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Hamilton College. She lives in Brooklyn, and when she’s not working you can find her exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, or seeing a show or dance performance – soaking up all that New York City has to offer!
