Michelle Adelman is an entrepreneur and operator with over 35 years of business experience across consulting, private equity-backed, and sustainable food innovation. She is Founder & CEO of Crossover Meats, a blended ground meat company scaling in the United States, and Founder of Accite Holdings, an investment and venture-building firm focused on innovating, starting, and scaling sustainable food businesses including Go Fresh! and Infinite Foods.

Previously, Michelle spent over two decades at Accenture, serving as a Global Managing Director, and later served as CEO of a U.S.-based PE-backed home health services company. She holds an Engineering degree from Cornell University.
