Vijay Ram is Chief Operating Officer at Consolidate Health, an early-stage digital health startup in Dallas. Before stepping into the operator seat, he spent a decade building his career in medical device sales and leadership at companies like NeuroPace and Podimetrics, where he grew territories from scratch, led teams through organizational restructuring, and helped bring life-changing therapies to market. He's been the rep in the field closing the first deals, the manager coaching teams through scale, and the person who had to figure out what "process building" actually means when you're growing fast.

Vijay also co-founded Lotus, a social responsibility nonprofit that grew across three Texas chapters before he transitioned out in 2016. With dual degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Computer Science from Duke and a Master's from Georgia Tech, he brings both technical depth and real-world experience from the trenches of startup growth - the kind that doesn't make it into the pitch deck.
