A proud first-generation Colombian-American, Andrea believes that behind every successful small business is a community of support. She has spent over 10 years honing this philosophy within Customer Support Leadership, a journey that began with the community-centric culture of CustomInk and continues in her current role at Justworks. Throughout her career, she has thrived at the intersection of leadership and advocacy, dedicated to helping small businesses reach their full potential.

Her passion for community building extends far beyond the professional sphere and into her creative work. She is the host of two distinct podcasts: Date and Debate, which explores the intricacies of relationship dynamics, and Hello Momma, a project close to her heart aimed at supporting women through the transition into motherhood. Through these platforms, she is committed to fostering a network of women supporting women.
