Michele brings decades of HR experience across corporate and consulting roles, having supported more than 200 organizations. In 2020, she co-founded EarlyHR Solutions, a fractional HR consulting firm, and later launched EarlyEngage; a subscription service helping growth-focused SMBs drive business results through their people. She holds a BS in Business and a Master’s in HR and Organizational Development and is passionate about building inclusive, people-first cultures that deliver results. Michele was named DallasHR Consultant of the Year in February 2025. She is married to Don and has three children: Harrison, Audrey, and William.
